Easy to set up. Picks up time automatically but doesn't account for day light savings or I haven't figured out how to set that yet. Its nice knowing the outside weather conditions without waiting on the news.

Product was as advertised. As noted by other reviews, the instructions at times made no sense at all. Certain functions were either not explained at all or explained so it made no sense. You had to figure it out yourself. But it wasn't difficult. Cool product. Very handy.

Good but not excellent 12/28/2012
A few suggestions for improvement. 1: The instructions that come with the item are nearly indecipherable for some functions. They appear to have been written by someone with very limited english skills. 2: The instructions say the remote sensor cannot get wet which would severely limit its usefulness, emailed seller and they suggested pttting under eave. Should be in instructions. 3: Have to push button to illuminate screen, guess it saves on batteries but is inconvenient.

This item has many problems. AC converter plug & batteries fall out. Each time it looses power it needs to be set up again, and it's not an easy task. Instruction manual is in broken Chinese. The help web site in the manual does not exist. Junk.

This weather station has all the info you need to know for starting your day. Easy to set up and use. Cool display, easy to read. Pretty accurate on the forcast prediction also. Very satisfied with unit.

Plus: Works as defined and is actually surpisingly accurate as to it's forecast of the weather.
Attractive to look at, accurate in regards to time and temperature. Easy to read.
Minus: The instructions are not well written. You will need a jewelers screwdriver to install the batteries in the remote transmitter which makes me wonder how long it will last for battery changes. The remote is not "weather proof" so make sure you install it in a protected area or build a shield around it.
