Shipments sent via standard shipping are expected to arrive in the buyer's hands within 4-14 business days from the date of purchase. Sellers can offer buyers expedited shipping. If a buyer selects expedited shipping, the order must arrive within 3 - 6 business days from the shipment date.

A Customers may return their purchases for exchange for another item, or a refund of the purchase price, within 45 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) and must comply with the following:

1. Customers must contact mail-direct for an RMA # to ensure a proper return/exchange.
2. Merchandise must be in its original mint condition as shipped, with all packaging, forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out.
3. Returns should be packed safely by the customer, to ensure arrival in good condition, and returned to us with shipping prepaid.
4. Items being returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
5. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expense incurred in shipping the item to them.*
6. If you followed the instructions above, you may expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks after you return the item to us. Special Order items, so designated, are not refundable or returnable.

* If you are returning an item for which free shipping was offered at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for the basic shipping costs incurred, and this cost is to be deducted from the refund.
